Most of the traffic generating resources available online (like traffic exchanges for example) create the traffic they serve within a frameset, which does not produce the quality unique visit that you need. In fact, if you were to use a website or blog featuring adsense, you can actually have your adsense account suspended because Google doesnt consider the traffic unique.
